Living by God's Promises
There was an hot argument in Galatians chapter 3. Some people said Abraham did not just receive God’s promise by believing, he believed and obeyed God’s commandment of circumcision. (Genesis 17:10&23). Paul understood that this argument challenges the basis of assurance anybody can have that God will deliver on his promise, so he went deep and theological, and we did as well on Sunday. We pray that as listen to this sermon, you will find blessed assurance in God’s promises, be equipped to defend why you have this assurance, and more importantly be renewed by God’s Spirit to live by his Promise.
